| MOTHERLAND...remembering mother's harsh or soft words... |
| According to a survey carried out by the British Council a year ago in 70 countries among learners of the English language, the word "mother" was polled to be the most beautiful word in the English language, ahead of smile, charm and others. |
| In a life time, mother always passed on a message that stuck, that haunts you all your days, that serves as your driving force, your de facto motto and even when mama passes away to the better place, you remember those outstanding words. However old that advice might have been, it stays evergreen in your memory. In MOTHERLAND, we are paying tribute to mama by remembering her golden voice and telling it to the world. We are voting for mum in the hearts of millions of internet users. What more could we do for the woman who truly served us, said bitter and loving things to us alike...which in one way or the order has put us where we are. Tell the world what your mother said, that touched your life. |
| ******************************************************************** Ma dear Mama told me something that has ever been ringing like she said it a few moments ago. She said "son, never get too close or ever think of getting married to a girl of a low statute 'a short girl'... they are too troublesome, they always seek to be noticed wherever they are, get unnessarily angry and they talk a lot" Mama told me if i want to leave to enjoy a long life, keep these to yourself. A big thank you to my mama. Daddy, Buea, Cameroon My mother is the one in my world. She is very careful to me and my brother. She tells me that we have very important mission in this world and we have to go on, to help people and to do important things for the world. I'm doing the possible for what she told me, so I hope that every one will do this and I greet all people in the world.
